Labelling!

I spent yesterday planning and today coding this into Appomattox. As you can see, there are many issues:

Some of the text is being drawn incomplete and fragmented. Some of the labels are not being drawn at all. I tried on Windows and did not see the fragmenting. Could be MonoGIS issues [...]
