Windows.Forms Toolbar

I put together a basic toolbar for the Windows.Forms components:

While testing on Linux, I created solution/project files for Visual Studio.Net. (Note that this is only for Cartographer and SWF.Components as they don’t contain the exotic Gtk dependencies.)
